1.  LEARN ABOUT OUR SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY
Please RSVP to the school if you plan to attend an Open House. Open Houses begin promptly at 10am and run for about 1 ½ hours. Interested parents/guardians and students are welcome, although we hold separate full-day Orientation Days for new students that give them a deeper understanding and experience of life at V.I.S.

2.  COMPLETE AN APPLICATION PACKAGE
Your Application package must include the following:

• Application form (click here to download)
• $100.00 non-refundable application fee payable to V.I.S. or Voice Intermediate School
• Recent photograph of your child
• A photocopy of the student’s most recent progress report
• A graded sample of the student’s writing (i.e. poem, short story, or essay)

3.  APPLYING STUDENTS ATTEND AN ORIENTATION DAY
You will be contacted with a date and details on the the aspects pertaining to your child’s Orientation Day:

• Meeting students and participating in classes
• Interviews with the Principal and Student Council
• Math and Language Assessment

4.  ENROLMENT STATUS
Applications are accepted on an on-going basis until all spaces are filled.  To confirm your child’s acceptance to V.I.S., the Payment Option Form, Refund Policy, Enrolment Agreement, Tuition Agreement, a $2000.00 non-refundable deposit and all post-dated tuition cheques are required within one week of acceptance.
